Job summary

E&K Building Excellence in Denver, CO seeks a Traveling Construction Project Engineer based out of Denver. This role offers up to 75% travel nationwide to support high-profile interior specialty construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.

You will work with experienced professionals, manage project documentation, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction or specialty construction
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the US
• Strong organization and document management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with broad team
• Willingness to learn and grow in project management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage contract documents, RFIs, submittals and change management
• Assist with project forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Solicit quotes and coordinate subcontractors and procurement
• Prepare submittal packages with sheets, data, SDS, LEED letters and shop drawings
• Support site visits, coordination meetings, and jobsite trainings
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery across sites
