Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or specialty construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and manage contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost analyses.
• Solicit and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors; ensure compliance.
• Prepare submittal packages and support project close-out activities.
• Engage with field teams, participate in site visits and coordination meetings.
