Terracon is seeking a Traveling Construction Materials Technician to perform field testing, observation, and inspection of soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel on nationwide projects. The role requires 100% travel across the North Central division and other regions, with reporting to the Project Manager and collaboration with clients and field personnel.

Candidates should have NICET/ACI/ICC/AWS/ASNT certifications and be prepared to work in diverse environments.

Formación

• ACI and ICC certifications preferred for field testing roles.
• Multiple certifications in nondestructive testing viewed favorably.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials.
• Prepare data and observations in written and digital reports for project managers.
• Maintain equipment, and assist with scheduling and dispatch of technicians.
• Adhere to strict safety standards on all projects.
• Travel to project sites nationwide as required.

Educación

ACI Certification in Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I

ACI Certification in Concrete Strength Testing Technician

ICC Certification in Reinforced Concrete

AWS CAWI

ASNT Level II VT/MT/PT/RT/UT
