Terracon is seeking a Traveling Construction Materials Technician to support projects nationwide. The role involves 100% travel across the North Central division and adjacent states, performing field testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt and steel, and preparing reports for project managers.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with laptop use and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and extended periods away from home.
• Strong safety mindset and excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials ( soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel ).
• Prepare and submit data and observations in reports for project managers.
• Maintain equipment and assist with scheduling and dispatch as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards on all projects.
