Job summary

Dennis Group seeks a Construction Manager to supervise daily on-site activities for food and beverage process facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety programs, project schedule and budget, and interact with owners, A/E teams, and field engineers.

This role requires travel up to 100% across the USA/Canada, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and industrial design-build experience. AutoCAD proficiency is a plus; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
• Design-build experience on industrial projects strongly preferred.
• Overseeing subcontractors and driving the project schedule.
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to read construction documents, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium- to large-sized projects with autonomy.
• Develop and update project scope, budget and schedule with project management.
• Establish and maintain site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Coordinate field engineering, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
