Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a Concrete Project Superintendent to lead on-site concrete construction efforts, ensure schedules are met, and control project budgets. The role involves coordinating with operations and project management to optimize manpower, resources, and safety on site.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of concrete construction experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of technology and related resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.
• Be on site to supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure that the budget is followed in terms manpower productions and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule the field labor and ensure they are performing as required.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors and ensure proper planning and work harmony.
• Ensure that quality is preserved and budget is maintained.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and accurately capture/report time for field manpower overseen.
• Continuously monitor productivity and identify delays, providing solutions to overcome challenges.
