You will coordinate with operations and project management weekly, monitor productivity, ensure safety standards, and maintain clear communication to keep projects on track and within client expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years experience concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Above-average working knowledge of technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance matches requirements.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality and keep budget on track.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and report field manpower time accurately.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify delays, and propose solutions.
