Job summary

B&B Concrete seeks a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent in Oklahoma City to plan and coordinate concrete construction, ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance on active projects.

You will supervise field crews, liaise with operations and project management, maintain safety standards, track progress daily and weekly, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep work moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all construction groups - management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spanish speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure successful project communication and execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget is followed in terms manpower productions and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors and ensure proper planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality is preserved and budget is maintained.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and report time for field manpower overseen.
• Monitor productivity and identify delays, providing solutions.
