Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all construction groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with Project Management for project execution.
• Be on site to supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure that the budget is followed in terms of manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors and ensure proper planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality is preserved and budget is maintained in concrete construction.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and accurately capture/report time for field manpower overseen.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify delays, and provide solutions.
