Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in concrete construction is preferred.
• Strong leadership and on-site supervision skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and trades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.
• Be on site to supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure the budget is followed in terms manpower productions and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure they perform as required.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors and ensure proper planning and work harmony.
• Ensure quality is preserved in the concrete construction process and budget is maintained.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and accurately capture/report time for the field manpower overseen.
• Continuously monitor productivity and percent complete, identifying problems and delays and providing solutions.
