JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Concrete Project Manager to lead project direction across multiple sites, including Austin, Dallas, Oklahoma City, El Paso and Tulsa. The incumbent will drive preconstruction efforts, manage submittals and change requests, and oversee cost and schedule performance. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads all safety initiatives and promotes an injury-free environment.
• Oversees preconstruction and buyout processes including scope, pricing and schedule.
• Coordinates subcontractors, owners, design teams and vendors across multiple sites.
• Reviews shop drawings and submittals; ensures timely approvals.
• Manages project schedule, resources and procurement logs to meet milestones.
• Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts and supports budget development.
• Assists with closeout processes and project handovers.
