Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three years of recertification experience.
• Preference for professional certifications like COS and TCS.
• Strong understanding of HUD and LIHTC program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing and processing of applications according to client policies.
• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications.
