You will travel to designated properties, represent the Newbury brand, and provide short-term onsite coverage while driving occupancy and delivering exceptional customer service. This role rewards a people-focused professional with 3+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service, strong communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Travel nationwide 80%+ of the time with flexibility for extended stays.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, customer service, or sales.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process at assigned communities, including tours, follow-up, applications, screening, and move-ins.
• Execute strong sales techniques to improve conversion rates and stabilize occupancy.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in the property management system.
• Support lease-ups, rebranding efforts, and occupancy pushes across multiple markets.
