Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Roving Community Manager for sites in Clark, Multnomah and Washington counties, covering Portland Metro area and SW Washington. The role requires traveling 4-5 days per week to affordable properties, supervising staff and ensuring program compliance.

40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with compensation of $30.00-$35.00 per hour DOE. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), vacation and holiday time, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in managing a multi-family community.
• Experience in affordable housing (HUD/RD/Tax Credit).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong math skills and understanding of budgets and accounting.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Coordinate and supervise property staff and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with laws and program requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Oversee leasing, collections, and revenue documentation.
• Lead site staff meetings and maintain records.
