Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from clients’ homes.
• Provide supportive home services including light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep (special diets per care plan).
• Document observations and activities.
• Assist with personal care per written plan (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Receive and follow oral and written instructions.
• Operate with reliability and minimize client/family complaints.
