Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support across client homes and travel between visits. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care as outlined in each client’s plan of care.

A current CNA or CHHA certification is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel is 100%. Prior experience as a PCA/CNA/CHHA is preferred but not required; exemplary communication and reliability are essential to maintain

Qualifications

• Must obtain current CNA or CHHA certification.
• Driver’s License is required.
• Willingness to travel 100%.
• Work location: travel to client homes and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to and from clients’ homes.
• Provide supportive household services (light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meals).
• Document observations and activities.
• Assist clients with personal care as directed by written plan of care.
• Take oral and written instructions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
