Job summary

Servants-Heart-Home-Health-Services seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA to provide compassionate, in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and support the care plan under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Travel to client homes within the service area is required. Qualified candidates have current HHA (or CNA per state), 6–12 months of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA if required by state regulations.
• Experience in home care, home health, or senior care settings preferred.
• 6–12 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within the service area, including some extended drive times.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and companionship to reduce isolation.
• Follow the established plan of care and report changes to the RN or clinical team.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, families, and care team.
• Complete visit documentation per agency standards and adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols.
• Travel to client homes within the service area and manage schedule for reliable care.
