Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Full-Time Float Nurse to provide onsite staffing relief and training in client workplace clinics across multiple states, with frequent travel to Quad Cities, Waterloo, and Des Moines areas.

The role requires multi-state RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least three years of clinical experience. You will collaborate with physicians and leadership while delivering care per Medcor protocols and maintaining patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted multi-state RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certifications.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with workers' compensation and occupational health.
• Strong computer and EMR skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite staffing relief and clinical support in client workplaces.
• Assist with new clinic set-up and associate training needs.
• Coordinate with physicians and leadership to maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Ensure documentation in EMR per Medcor standards.
• Support wellness programs and pre-employment screenings.
• Travel to multiple clinics across states, including weekends.
