Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Full-Time Float Nurse to provide onsite staffing relief and training across client workplace clinics in primary and occupational health. Expect significant travel, primarily throughout Quad Cities, Waterloo, and Des Moines, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend coverage.

The role requires unencumbered RN licensure in IL/IA/WI, CPR/BLS, and at least three years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered multi-state RN licensure (IL, IA, WI) and ability to travel.
• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with workers' compensation and occupational health.
• Strong computer skills and EMR software familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat illnesses and injuries per Medcor protocols.
• Provide occupational health services and surveillance testing.
• Assist with training and clinic setup at multiple sites.
• Document care in EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
