Job summary

Braun Intertec offers a six-month Traveling Co-op for students in engineering, construction management, or related fields, running January through May. It combines hands-on field work with comprehensive training in safety, testing, and industry standards, plus mentoring from licensed engineers.

Participants gain exposure to ASTM, ACI, ICC, DOT standards, and enhance their résumés with practical experience at a respected engineering firm. Compensation Range: $37,000–$56,000.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to commit to full-time employment for six months; from January to May.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs safely
• "Working safe" attitude and mindset
• Ability work independently and effectively communicates both verbally and in writing
• Aptitude to learn and perform required mathematical equations used in field testing
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary
• Willing to work outdoors in various climates and terrains/conditions
