The program includes safety training, industry certifications, and mentoring from licensed engineers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform field testing and math-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on soils, concrete, masonry and asphalt in field and lab settings.
• Work with project managers and technicians to verify specs.
• Operate outdoors in varying weather; lift 50–75 lbs as needed.
• Be available for overtime and weekend work when required.
