Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a senior-level traveling leader for our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech or Pharmaceutical project. This full-time role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires extensive biotech/pharma experience.

You will coordinate field assignments, drive logistics, and support project executives while ensuring safety and QA/QC standards across multiple sites. Travel is substantial (50%+), with competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure ROJ dates are provided to PMs.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule and report to PMs.
• Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.
• Oversee for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide QA/QC program implementation.
• Identify projects with Self-Perform opportunities and assist in Self-Perform proposals.
