Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior project leader for a full‑time traveling assignment supporting our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project. The role emphasizes leadership, client development, and rigorous cost/schedule control.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with ~18 years in construction, BIM/Lean expertise, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel and site work are integral to this position, with comprehensive Turner benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive construction management experience; strong industry know‑how.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects, manage budgets, schedules and client relations.
• Expert in BIM and Lean practices to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all project phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop relationships with clients and design teams to win new work.
• oversee master schedule development and implementation.
• Manage budgets, financials, and risk decisions for projects.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety policies, and Turner initiatives are followed.
