Turner Construction Company is seeking a full-time employee for a traveling position supporting our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States but must have prior Biotech or pharmaceutical experience.

The role involves coordinating project assignments, managing field issues, and supporting Superintendents. A Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of relevant experience are required, along with strong communication skills. The estimated salary range is $225,000 - $295,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' related experience or equivalent education and training.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignments.
• Support Superintendent throughout job duration.
• Manage training and resources for tradesmen.
• Document project field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with SAP

Experience with SharePoint

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
