• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules and operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure project execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality in concrete construction and budget control.
• Track and report daily/weekly project progress.
• Accurately capture and report field manpower time.
• Monitor productivity and resolve delays with practical solutions.
