Job summary

B is seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent to lead on-site concrete operations, ensure safety, quality, and that the project stays on time and within budget. You will coordinate weekly with Operations Managers and Project Management, supervise field crews, manage manpower and materials, and report progress daily.

This role requires strong communication with subcontractors, fluency in Spanish for field coordination, and the ability to balance deadlines while upholding company

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise workers within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Balance multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spanish speaking ability to communicate with field labor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules/operations with Operations managers.
• Daily communications with Project Management staff for successful execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and materials.
• Organize field labor scheduling and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality and budget maintenance in concrete work.
• Track project progress daily/weekly.
• Record labor time accurately.
• Monitor productivity and resolve delays.
