Job summary

B is seeking a concrete project superintendent to plan and coordinate onsite concrete operations, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance. The role requires close collaboration with Operations Managers and Project Management to schedule manpower and resources and to communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have extensive concrete construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all construction groups.
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Above-average working knowledge of technology and related resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for concrete schedules and operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management for project execution.
• Be on site to supervise all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure the budget is followed for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony of work.
• Maintain quality in concrete construction and budget adherence.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Capture/report time for field manpower under supervision.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify delays, and provide solutions.
