Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Supervise on-site all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budgets for manpower and materials are followed.
• Organize and schedule field labor and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain harmony and planning.
• Track daily/weekly project progress and report accordingly.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with solutions.
