Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Teller experience in financial services.
• 2 years: supervisor in a branch setting, managing tellers, compliance, etc.
• Willingness to travel extensively within New York.

Responsibilities

• Back-up to Financial Center Manager; assist opening/closing and daily operations.
• Provide ongoing servicing relationship with clients; respond to inquiries.
• Assist Private Client Groups with client relationships and wire transfers.
• Support back office in resolving operational issues, including wire transfers.
• Participate in projects and complete required trainings; maintain compliance.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete trainings.
