Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an experienced Traveling Assistant Superintendent to lead large-scale, multi-million dollar projects in the Industrial and Industrial/Aerospace sectors. This role is based out of the Nashville, TN office but will travel to project sites across GA, AL, NC, SC, and FL, including FL.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with top management and external parties.
• Proactive people management and leadership on large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Superintendent with supervising large-scale, multi-million dollar projects.
• Enforce safety plans and regulatory compliance on the jobsite.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to oversee schedules and staffing.
• Prepare daily/status/compliance reports and ensure contract documentation is complete.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, tools, and procurement to meet schedules.
