Franchise Restaurant Concept Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee restaurant operations across locations in Ames, IA. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, Team Member development, and financial performance, with travel as needed to support multiple sites.

The Assistant Manager will model leadership, drive profitability, coach staff, and ensure adherence to HACCP and safety standards while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational excellence in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and Team Member training.
• Provide leadership to Team Members and Shift Managers for consistent execution and accountability.
• Monitor guest feedback and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Oversee inventory processes including ordering, receiving, storage, and FIFO rotation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HACCP standards.
