Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join the Abatement Team in the Pacific Northwest. This role plans, leads and coordinates daily operations, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and documentation is completed on time.

Travel across the United States is required (60-80%), and initial two-week training is provided. You will oversee asbestos abatement crews, enforce safety standards, and manage client requirements while coordinating air monitoring and final clearances with

Qualifications

• Asbestos certification is required.
• Experience supervising asbestos abatement crews.
• Valid driver's license required.
• On-site management of asbestos abatement projects.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the #1 priority and comply with all safe work practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operability.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Address deficiencies that could cause accidents or non-compliance.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete service paperwork and submit to management.
• Lead Technicians and crew, providing training and guidance.
• Operate equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Oversee safety meetings and enforce HPC policies.
• Meet deadlines and optimize resource usage.
• Coordinate with clients and management on project progress.
