Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join the Abatement Team. This role plans, leads, and coordinates daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring equipment operates properly and documentation is completed promptly.

The position involves 60-80% travel across the United States, with an hourly range of $28.00–$32.00. All new hires attend a two-week training academy; travel expenses are paid and per diem is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industries.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supervising asbestos abatement projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on-site and coordinate crews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow all safe work practices.
• Read work orders, confirm equipment availability and operability before starting.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to job start.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and efficiently utilize resources.
• Direct and assist crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• Manage, reconcile, and review all job-related documentation.
• Be on-call for emergency response and handle site decontamination and hazardous materials.
