Job summary

PureDry Restoration in Washington state is seeking an Asbestos Supervisor to lead abatement and environmental remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations. This is a working supervisor role, combining hands-on field work with team leadership.

You will coordinate with technicians, customers, inspectors and agencies, manage documentation, maintain safety, and drive the project to completion while upholding company standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years asbestos/environmental sampling experience.
• AHERA Building Inspector Certification.
• AHERA Building Inspector/Supervisor Certification.
• Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or related trades preferred.
• Proficient with environmental testing equipment.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead asbestos abatement projects from setup to final completion.
• Ensure compliance with all asbestos regulations and SOPs.
• Perform containment setup, negative air systems, removal, and site cleanup.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and government agencies as needed.
• Collect environmental samples and utilize testing equipment safely.
• Complete all project documentation and compliance records.
• Maintain safe job sites and PPE procedures for all team members.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites per policy.
• Work at various residential and commercial construction sites as needed.
• Deliver professional image and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
