Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join the Abatement Team. This role plans, leads, and coordinates daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring equipment is operational and documentation is completed on time.

It requires travel across the United States (60-80%) and attendance at a two-week training academy. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating with clients while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience supervising asbestos abatement projects preferred.
• Environmental field service operations experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper documentation.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and readiness.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service processes.
• Communicate status and progress to management and clients.
