Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join the Abatement Team. The role will plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew across sites in the US, ensuring safe practices and timely documentation.

The position requires travel 60-80% across the United States, and new hires attend a two-week training academy with travel paid and per diem provided. Hourly range is $28.00–$32.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations.
• Experience supervising asbestos abatement projects preferred.
• On-site management of projects with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel 60-80% across the United States.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Lead and train technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operation.
• Inspect equipment and job site prior to starting work.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete and submit service documentation to management.
• Instruct and guide crew to meet client requirements and company policies.
