Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the Abatement Team. The role travels 60-80% across the United States, coordinating daily operations, ensuring equipment readiness, and driving efficiency at job sites.

You will supervise field crews, mentor Technicians I and II, and ensure documentation and safety compliance are met. As a Supervisor, you will manage deadlines, interact with clients, and oversee environmental abatement projects in accordance with federal, state, and

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Supervising asbestos abatement projects preferred.
• On-site project management may be required.
• Extended periods of travel are expected.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA/NESHAP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting work.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Meet deadlines and utilize resources efficiently.
• Direct crew in performing job duties to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
