Paths Management Services LLC is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Analyst (Traveling Recertification Specialist) in New York, NY. The role involves field-based compliance support, on-site tenant certifications, and coordinating annual/interim recertifications across a portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in affordable housing, familiarity with HUD/Section 8/LIHTC, and strong communication skills. Travel is required; MS Office and Yardi Voyager experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years in affordable housing, preferred
• Experience with tenant certifications/recertifications and income verification
• Familiarity with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, HPD, or similar programs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to travel on-site to properties
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Professional demeanor with staff at all levels
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred
• Bilingual skills (e.g.: Spanish) a plus

Mansioni

• Travel to properties to ensure compliance protocols
• Conduct annual and interim tenant certifications/recertifications
• Schedule and conduct resident certification interviews
• Request third party verifications and review information for accuracy
• Confirm income, assets and expenses calculations
• Review tenant files for missing documentation or discrepancies
• Contact residents to collect updated documents for recertification
• Prepare agency audit files as requested
• Assist with mass recertification projects and housing lotteries
