Job summary

360 Management Group is seeking a Recertification Specialist to support the Compliance Department in ensuring market and affordable properties meet regulatory and company standards. The role involves a 35-hour week, travel between developments, and potential evening/weekend work, reporting to the Senior Manager of Compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing investor files, annual certifications, data tracking, coordinating with on-site teams, scheduling resident recertifications, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; three years' experience in affordable housing preferred.
• TCS certification and C3P LIHTC certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing files for investor submission.
• Complete and submit annual certifications for review by the Senior Manager of Compliance.
• Enter/update information in designated trackers and software.
• Coordinate with on-site management and CED team on non-compliant certifications.
• Schedule recertification appointments with residents and send reminders.
• Ensure documents are completed 45 days prior to effective date.
• Notify Compliance leadership of issues and suggest referrals to legal.
• Assist Waitlist Team in initial certification interviews.
• Support Senior Manager of Compliance as needed.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects.
