Qualifications

• Minimum one year of wind technician experience.
• Preferred wind turbine experience with hands-on MCE work.
• Able to travel 100% and work on varied site conditions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform major repairs.
• Valid driver's license and legal work status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform major component exchanges including gearboxes and generators.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and special projects per procedures.
• Travel extensively to support turbine operations across sites.
• Maintain safety inspections and ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, efficient work.
• Work on multiple turbine platforms and learn new technologies.
