Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Wind technician experience preferred; travel 100%.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

• Perform major component exchanges including gearboxes, generators, and other critical systems.
• Travel extensively to support turbine operations across multiple sites.
• Execute maintenance, minor to medium repairs, design modifications, retrofits, and special projects.
• Ensure safety through risk assessment and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a secure working environment.
• Gain experience across varied turbine platforms and site conditions.
