American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Cardiac Sonographer for an Echo Lab, requiring RDCS/RCS certification and 1+ year of cardiac sonography experience. The role covers both outpatient and inpatient settings with a day shift and no weekends.

Candidates should have an accredited Echocardiography degree, be proficient with EMR systems, and may be asked to work at multiple Heart and Vascular Institute sites. Travel and licensure support is provided where applicable.

Formación

• Active RDCS or RCS certification required.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Echocardiography program.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and EKG rhythms.
• Experience with IV insertion for ultrasound imaging enhancement agents and bubble studies.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• License required if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Work in an accredited Echocardiology Lab within a Heart and Vascular Institute.
• Covers outpatients, off-campus sites, and inpatients.
• Diagnostic ultrasound testing includes m-mode, 2D, 3D, spectral Doppler, color Doppler, tissue Doppler imaging, and strain imaging.
• Performs bubble studies and contrast-enhanced transthoracic echocardiograms.
• Performs exercise and pharmacologic stress echocardiograms.
• Provides imaging for structural heart procedures.
• Assists cardiologists with 2D and 3D transesophageal echocardiograms.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Day shift, 8-hour schedule with options of 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
• No weekend or on-call requirements for this role.
• May be required to work at other Heart and Vascular Institute sites on occasion.
• Works closely with cardiologists in the assessment and treatment of cardiac diseases.
• Interviews are conducted via Teams video call.
• Dress code includes khaki scrubs.
• Candidates must list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC on their resume.
• Local candidates within a 35 mile radius are accepted at a reduced travel rate.
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application.
