Job summary

Members First Credit Union in Mid-Michigan is seeking a Float Member Service Representative I/Teller to travel between branches and deliver exceptional member service while helping members identify financial solutions.

The role is non-exempt, in-branch with hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri, with travel to locations and occasional weekend hours; CCUFC certification within first year; focus on inclusion and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating a personal computer.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members and staff.
• Willingness to travel between branches within the service area.
• Familiarity with credit union products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including cash, deposits, transfers, and loan payments.
• Assist members with account maintenance and changes with a welcoming approach.
• Cross-sell products and services using needs-based conversations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure security and confidentiality.
• Participate in coaching, training, and community initiatives.
