Job summary

FiberTel, LLC is seeking a Travel Senior Construction Manager for the PNW region, with project sites across OR, WA, ID and MT. The role will oversee multiple sites, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.

You will supervise foremen and crews, ensuring work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonus eligibility, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years telecom experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years in telecom leadership roles.
• Advanced understanding of HDD Construction and Operations.
• Experience with dense, metro broadband builds.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction sites and daily activities.
• Ensure progress aligns with plans, specs, and codes.
• Schedule workers; coordinate equipment and material delivery.
• Supervise foremen and crews on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
