Job summary

FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Travel Sr. Construction Manager for our PNW location. This is a travel role with job sites in OR, WA, ID and MT.

The manager will oversee the operations of multiple construction sites and the daily activities at each site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to plans, specs, and local codes. Pay ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonus eligibility, commensurate with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecom experience.
• 5+ years in telecom leadership roles.
• Advanced understanding of HDD construction and operations.
• Highly technical broadband builds in dense metro areas.
• Crew setup, coordination and sequencing in dense metro settings.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• All phases of telecommunication construction, materials handling and site delivery.
• Maintain strict build-out schedule and adjust to deadlines.
• Inspect job sites and supervise foreman and crews.
• Maintain a daily job-site log and enforce quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety and company standards.
• Approve daily timecards and manage relationships with workers and suppliers.
