FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Travel Sr. Construction Manager for our PNW location. This travel role covers OR, WA, ID and MT with oversight of multiple sites and daily operations. You will ensure project progress, schedule coordination, and safe, compliant work execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecom experience.
• 5+ years in telecom leadership positions.
• Advanced understanding of HDD construction and operations.
• Highly technical broadband builds in dense metro areas.
• Crew setup, coordination, and sequencing in dense metro settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple construction sites and daily activities at each site.
• Schedule workers and manage delivery of equipment and materials.
• Supervise foreman and crews at each job site.
• Ensure project progress aligns with plans, specifications, and local codes.
• Maintain build-out schedules and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Approve daily timecards for foreman and crew members.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and verify work is completed.
• Maintain positive relationships with workers, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
