Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Construction Manager to lead large-scale FTTH fibre network builds in Washington. You will oversee field managers, crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will own schedules, budgets, and safety across sites, with several multi-year projects in the pipeline and a company truck on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven FTTH fibre/FTTH construction management experience.
• Track record leading field supervisors and subcontractor crews.
• Strong quality control and budgeting skills.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead FTTH construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage field managers, crews and subcontractors across active work areas.
• Set and enforce quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage schedules, resources, materials and budgets for each project phase.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across all sites.
• Report project progress and risks to the client and senior leadership.

Salary

• $90,000 – $130,000 per year + bonus
