FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Travel Sr. Construction Manager for the PNW region with sites in OR, WA, ID and MT. The role oversees multiple construction sites, ensures project progress, and manages field crews, safety, and quality standards.

The position is travel-intensive, requires 10+ years in telecom and 5+ years in leadership, and offers a compensation range of $105,000–$120,000 per year plus bonus eligibility, aligned to experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom
• 5+ years in telecom leadership roles
• Advanced understanding of HDD construction and operations
• Experience with dense metro broadband builds
• Crew setup, coordination, and sequencing in dense metro settings
• Ability to travel and pass pre-employment checks
• Valid driver's license; CDL highly regarded with higher wages for CDL
• Strong communication with customers, employees, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction sites and daily activities
• Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to plans
• Schedule workers and manage equipment/material delivery
• Supervise foremen and crews on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and verify work is completed
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and OSHA compliance
• Mediate disputes and approve timecard submissions
