Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure including fiber optics and networks.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with PM team to execute plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop specs and plans.
• Coordinate with authorities and utilities to obtain permits and approvals.
• Ensure proper resource planning and logistics for materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor safety and quality.
• Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
