Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Travel Technician to maintain, repair, and install low voltage cabling, access control, and video systems at client sites. You will assist with programming of security software and provide end-user training and technical support during site visits.

This role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, a valid driver license, and strong organizational skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Travel Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems
• Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software
• End-user training
• Provide technical phone support to customers
• Electronics and mechanical aptitude

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to operate hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

The hourly pay range for this position is $30.00–$40.00 per hour . The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
